UNITY
ELECTRIC CONSTRUCTION is an electrical contracting
and engineering firm specializing in the design and
installation of commercial, institutional and mixed
use facilities. Originally established in 1963 as
Hicks Electric, UEC was incorporated in 1984 and continues operations as
a merit shop throughout the western states. We are currently
licensed in seven states, including; Arizona, California,
Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
UEC has over 40 years of experience in the design and
installation of a variety of project types including
healthcare, commercial, mixed-use, residential and institutional.
We customarily provide turn-key design/build packages
including self performance of all low voltage systems.

UEC typically self-performs all low voltage and special
systems, such as fire alarm, nurse call, paging, intercom,
security, access control, and voice and data systems. We
are NICET certified and a UL listed fire alarm system
installer.

a Professional Engineer on staff and self-performs design
and engineering for a variety of project types. This
provides the capability to fast track design changes
and cost estimates.
