The Olivian is a mixed use apartment building located in the heart of Seattle on Olive Way. This 27 story high-rise totals 502,560 square feet and includes 216 units with underground parking. Unity Electric handled the design build for the electrical, fire alarm, low voltage and smoke control systems.
