The Lawrence Lofts project was completed in April 2012 with W.G. Clark Construction.  The development is 163,795 total square feet and consists of 131 residential units and retail spaces.  Unity Electric handled the complete design build for the electrical, fire alarm and low voltage systems.

Avalon Queen Anne, a project owned by Avalon Bay Communities, lies in the shadow of the Space Needle. The 292,767 square foot Ava development includes 204 residential units and retail spaces. Unity Electric handled the design build for the electrical, fire alarm and all low voltage systems.

Burien Town Square

Unity Electric partnered with Rushforth Construction to develop Burien Town Square. This mixed use residential development consists of eight levels totaling 347,241 square feet and including 167 residential units and retail spaces. Unity Electric managed the design build for the electrical, fire alarm and all low voltage systems.

Island Market Square

Unity Electric partnered with Swinerton Builders to develop Island Market Square. Located on Mercer Island, this mixed use residential apartment building totaled 460,546 square feet, including 235 units and retail spaces. Unity Electric handled the design build for the electrical, fire alarm and all low voltage systems.

Veloce

Veloce Apartments

Veloce Apartments was a residential project in Redmond for which Unity Electric partnered with Trammell Crow Residential. The apartments totaled 420,091 square feet including 322 units. Unity Electric managed the design build for the electrical, fire alarm and all low voltage systems.
